Small Businesses Are Coming Together This Weekend In East Moline
Keep your calendars free this Saturday, Quad Cities! In East Moline on May 15th, there will be a pop up shopping event with food, drinks, live music and more! This event is sponsored by Iron + Grain who will be there for all your coffee needs. The live music portion of the event is sponsored by MetroNet and will feature local Davenport musician, Ariel McReynolds.
The best part about this event is that it is a great opportunity to support local businesses. COVID hit locally owned businesses hard, making it difficult for them to maintain their everyday customers, so it's important to show your support to keep them up and running! In fact, over 50 small businesses and vendors will be there so there's a wide array of organizations that will fulfill a variety of interests.

The sponsors of this event always have your safety in mind as well which is why each vendor will be spaced at least 6 feet apart and everyone will be required to wear masks. Shoppers are also encouraged to maintain social distancing and to keep their groups small. Plus, if you've officially shopped until you're ready to drop, outdoor seating will be available at Iron + Grain Coffee House as well as Jennie's Boxcar, both of which have a variety of food and drinks for you to choose from to keep your energy up while visiting all the vendors.
This event is this Saturday, May 15th from 9:00AM to 1:00PM at The Rust Belt, 533 12th Ave, in East Moline, IL 61244. Featuring over 50 local businesses, you don't want to miss this!
