Take Control Of Your Health With Free Screening Event In Illinois
With April being World Health and National Minority Health Month, the awesome people at Community Health Care want to help everyone take control of their health with a free health screening event.
Not only can everyone of all ages get free health screenings, but the event will also have free food, an on-site food pantry, free toys, and more. All of this is happening at the Community Health Care location in Rock Island this Saturday.

Plus, the event will provide everyone with COVID-19 boosters and vaccinations to make sure you're up to date on your shots.
Screenings and shots provided at this free health screening event include:
- Free COVID-19 shots & boosters
- Cancer screenings
- Blood pressure checks
- Depression screenings
