We're an on-the-go society, so often the ability to roll up to a drive-thru window and pick up stuff is way convenient. However, I'm not sure I understand the latest retailers move to add a drive-thru window.

Target announced that they will be adding drive-thru pick-up windows to their stores by the end of the year. Folks will be able to order online and pickup purchases within two hours.

Again, I get the convenience, but isn't the whole Target experience predicated on the fact that you go in to buy one thing... one thing, but end up leaving with a cart full of fun, if  questionable purchases?

How are you supposed to embrace the complete Target experience from the front seat of your car at the drive-thru window?

I guess will see if this attempt at modern convenience works.
