The Fight Conor McGregor Came Out Of Retirement For
After his retirement, five months after losing to Khabib Nurmagomedov in a title fight in Las Vegas. Many thought he would make a come back some day, and it looks like that fight is happening this Saturday.
The controversial fighter McGregor is returning to the octagon at UFC 246 against a well known fan favorite Donald "Cowboy" Cerrone. McGregor is well known for his lively promotions and crazy antics when it comes to promoting a fight.
This fight will be a Little different though. The fight is at welterweight (170 pounds), not McGregor's usual weight class which was at featherweight (145), or lightweight (155) where McGregor was also a known champion. Welterweight gives Cerrone, a very large weight and size advantage over McGregor, which will make this fight even more interesting.
The press conference starts at 5pm PT today Jan. 15. Everyone is expecting McGregor to be at least 15 minutes late. McGregor is known for having crazy press conferences so many including myself are excited to see what they pull off.
This fight will be kicking off this Saturday. The Main Card starts at 10 p.m. Will you be looking forward to the fight?
