I saw this ginormous concoction on a bun in a picture and had to know what it was. Ever heard of The Carnivore before? It's a famous burger you can get at Doc's Stadium Bar & Grill in Jefferson, IA. True, it may be about 3 hours from the Quad Cities, it's well worth the trip.

With an outdoor patio and the nicer weather moving in, a spring drive to this small-town bar and grill wouldn't hurt a thing.
