On Monday nights I pay really close attention to my heart health. When I say "heart health," I actually just mean I drink a bottle of red wine within the two hour timeframe of The Bachelor.

The show's slogan should really be, "The Bachelor: Filling hearts with love, glasses with wine since 2002."

Tonight is the big finale! Will Ben get down on one knee for Lauren B.? JoJo? WHICH ONE DOES HE LOVE MORE?!

Anything is possible. The only constant that remains is me popping bottles to watch it all unfold.

Ladies - don't leave me hanging. You know you enjoy popping a cork on your favorite bottle to watch your weekly shows too. Here to always keep you (as) healthy (as possible), is my personalized wine ranking so you can keep those eyes on the prize and not on how many calories you're consuming.

I've ranked the top 10 healthiest wines in order of lowest to highest in calories:

*each is based on 1 serving or 5 FL. OZ
