In less than a week, two women in eastern Iowa have claimed six-figure winnings. Combined, these two ladies have claimed over a half-million dollars.

The first one to claim their winnings was a southeastern Iowa woman who won a $250,000 lottery prize. Rachele Thornburg of New London, which is in Henry County, won the eighth top prize in the Iowa Lottery's "Lucky 7 Bonus" scratch game.
