Wes Aint Got Time For That, Or The Cash

Is it me or have ticket prices for show gone thru the roof. Skillet was just in Moline over the weekend and ticket were $35 apiece. I know the record industry is on its knees with the whole illegal downloading and stuff and bands aren't making the money they used to and fans want more of a experience but wow! The average price to see the Rolling Stones is $624. One Direction, $460. I remember when a ticket cost $20, and we saw great acts like Nirvana, The Black Crowes, most of the 90's Grunge acts. Is it greed or are bands just trying to give their fans more bang for their buck? I think Its both actually.
