Western Illinois Teacher Wins Award For Helping Students Feel Safe, Welcomed, Smart

The Spring 2025 semester is rolling on. So of course, we went out with our awesome program with Famous Dave's to honor and reward an awesome Quad Cities teacher.

It's now time to announce this week's B100 & Famous Dave's QC Teacher of the Week!

Congrats to Krista Siefken, Kindergarten teacher at Quad Cities Christian School in Moline!

Ms. Siefken was nominated by a parent, Joella, who had this to say about her kids' teacher:

She has gone above and beyond to make my twins feel safe, welcomed and smart in their own way. This is my kids first full year in school and away from Mom. It wasn't easy but she made it a lot more smoother then could ever imagined. She is a great wonderful teacher thru and thru.
