    Kelly's Irish Pub's St. Patrick's Day Festival

    Thought you had to wait until Saturday to start your St. Patrick's Day celebrations? You thought wrong.

    Kelly's Irish Pub in Davenport is kicking off the "largest St. Patrick's Day weekend festival" Friday, March 11th at 5pm.

    5:30 Mayers School of Irish Dance
    6:30-8:30 QC Rock Academy bands
    8:45-9:45 Moonshine Run
    10-11:30 Bad Hair

    2016 St. Patrick's Day Race

    Davenport, IA

    Starting Saturday, March 12th at 9am, it's the 34th Annual CASI St. Patrick's Day 5k Race Presented by Russell Construction.

    There's also a 1 Mile Family Fun Run (Presented by Northwest Bank) and the Tot Trot (Presented by Sears Manufacturing).

    If you decide to be extra festive and wear a costume, you are automatically entered in Eye Surgeons Associates costume contest.

    Stay for the fun after the race at their after party, where winners will be announced alongside beer provided by 7G.

    The Grand Parade XXXI

    Rock Island, IL | Davenport, IA

    Here's something to be proud of! The Quad Cities is home to the Grand Parade - the only bi-state St. Patrick's Day Parde in the USA. Every year tens of thousands of people line up along the route from Rock Island, Illinois, across the Mississippi River to Davenport, Iowa.

    The Grand Parade begins at 11:30 a.m. at the corner of 4th Ave and 23rd Street in Rock Island and winds its way west through downtown Rock Island following 4th Ave to 20th Street to 3rd Ave to 17th Street to 2nd Ave to the Centennial Bridge, where it crosses the Mississippi River to Gaines Street in Davenport and then north to 3rd Street and east on 3rd to the River Center.

    QC Adult Skate Night

    E. Moline, IL

    Just when you think your weekend of celebrating your Irish heritage is over, Skate City in E. Moline says, "Not yet!"

    On Sunday you can skate off all of those extra calories you earned with Adult Skate night from 5:30pm to 8:30pm.

    • 18 + adult only skate night.
    • $7.00 admission, includes your skate rental.
    • Concessions and laser tag will be available.
    • No alcohol will be permitted.
