Tell Davenport Officials How You Really Feel In Community Survey
It's no secret that all of you have opinions. It's obvious when I see some sassy posts on the Quad City Food Lovers or What's Going On Quad Cities Facebook groups. Yikes.
Instead of complaining just on social media, Davenport residents now have the opportunity to let Davenport city officials know the grievances you have. For those that actually have something nice to say, the Davenport Community Survey is a great place to also let city leaders know what you like about the city.
The City of Davenport has opened its community survey for Davenport residents to complete online.
The survey is designed to measure the community's level of satisfaction with services, public safety, and quality of life issues within the city, according to officials. The first round of surveys was mailed directly to 5,000 residents at random.
This is the tenth time the community survey response will remain anonymous and confidential. The City of Davenport will not be informed which residents received or completed surveys.
For the residents who didn't receive a random survey in the mail, you can take the survey online now to let the city know how you feel about the subjects within the survey.
I took the survey as I was writing this article and it took me about the same amount of time: 5 minutes. As a Davenport resident, I know it's important for my voice to be heard and I hope you feel the same way. Davenport residents reading this should take the community survey now at davenportsurvey.org.
Speaking of having your voice heard, the 2024 election is coming up on Tuesday, November 5th. It doesn't matter which way you vote, as long as you vote. Register to vote now at www.vote.org.
