I spoke with Casi Reiser this morning. Casi portrays the magical Fair Godmother that helps Cinderella become a princess. Casi gave us a little insight as to what the Quad Cities can expect when they see the magic come to life on the ice with Disney On Ice presents Into The Magic:

Hopefully, you won't ever need to tap into your winter emergency kit, but it's better to have one in your car than to be unprepared. Make sure you have these essential items in your car before winter arrives in the Quad Cities.
