Iowa 1st Grade Teacher Wins Award For Her Hard Work And More
It's the Fall 2024 semester and we are heading out to schools with our awesome program with Nothing Bundt Cakes to honor and reward our awesome Quad Cities teachers and educators. It's called QC Teacher of the Week and we are so excited to announce this week's teacher of the week!
This week, we went to Neil Armstrong Elementary in Park View to surprise an amazing teacher.
Congrats to Emily Scott, a 1st-grade teacher at Neil Armstrong Elementary in Park View!
To truly surprise Mr. Scott, we did the QC Teacher of the Week presentation in front of her students during class!
Aubrianna Gottschalk, a parent, nominated Mrs. Scott. This is what Aubrianna had to say about her kid's teacher:
The teacher's name that I want to nominate is Emily Scott (Mrs.Scott) who is a 1st-grade teacher at Neil Armstrong Elementary in Park View! Mrs. Scott had my son as his teacher, and now she has my daughter. She honestly is the best with communication and understanding! She makes the children feel safe and they learn SOO much from her teaching! She deserves to be recognized for her hard work of 1st graders!
Mrs. Scott was recognized because she truly is an awesome teacher and person! Awesome job, Mrs. Scott
For being our QC Teacher of the Week, Mrs. Scott has been rewarded with a B100 Prize Pack including stickers, a glass, and more, plus an awesome cake from Nothing Bundt Cakes!
Thank you for your hard work and dedication, Mrs. Scott!
