Creativity, Encouragement Leads To Award For Bettendorf Elementary Teacher

As kids are working hard this fall, we're going out again for our surprises with Ultimate Chocolates to highlight and reward a deserving Quad Cities teacher.

It's now time to announce this week's B100 & Ultimate Chocolate's QC Teacher of the Week!

Congrats to Jenna Anderson, 2nd-grade teacher at Grant Wood Elementary School in Bettendorf!

QC Teacher of the Week Fall 2026

Jenna was nominated by Lauren P., who said in her nomination:

Mrs. Anderson is a phenomenal classroom teacher at Grant Wood. This is her second year of teaching, both years in the Bettendorf district. She is constantly thinking of new ways to help her students learn and encourages them to show kindness towards each other. Her students ADORE her and she is a valued staff member at Grant Wood. She would be so deserving of this award and it would really boost morale to see a teacher chosen that is so new to the profession.

Awesome job, Ms. Anderson!

For being our QC Teacher of the Week, Ms. Anderson has been rewarded with a B100 Prize Pack, including stickers, a 12-pack of Cherry Coca-Cola, plus chocolate goodies from Ultimate Chocolates in Bettendorf!

Thank you for your hard work and dedication, Ms. Anderson!
