Iowa City girl faced mom at home, in court over marijuana charges

After you've done something wrong, the last people on Earth you want to face are your own parents.

Unfortunately, for one Iowa City 18-year-old she had to face her mom at home, and in the court room, after she was arrested on charges of possession of a controlled substance, a serious misdemeanor, and possession of drug paraphernalia, a simple misdemeanor according to KWQC.

KWQC reports that Gabrielle Kathryn Lyness Wadsworth was arrested Friday, March 18, 2016 for originally driving the wrong way on a one-way. After a K9 search, a homemade “smoking device and a grinder were found.”

As if that weren't bad enough, her mom was the one to announce her arrest because she is the Johnson County Attorney. Not your best, Gabrielle.
