Free Coffee & Shirts: 7 Brew Bettendorf Launches With Days of Giveaways

A brand-new 7 Brew Coffee is opening in Bettendorf, and instead of a single grand opening day, they’re turning it into a multi-day event packed with free drinks, community givebacks, and even free merch.

Located at 3469 Middle Road, the new drive-thru coffee spot is already generating buzz thanks to a lineup that stretches well beyond one weekend.

Free Drinks All Weekend Before Opening

The most anticipated event is the “Friends & Family” weekend happening April 24–26, where anyone can stop by during select hours and get one free small drink per person.

Hours include:

• Friday: 7–10 AM & 4–7 PM
• Saturday: 9 AM–12 PM & 3–6 PM
• Sunday: 10 AM–2 PM

This early access gives customers a chance to try the menu before the official opening, and if other 7 Brew launches are any indication, lines could start forming early.

A Coffee Shop With a Cause

Before the free drink weekend, the stand hosted a “Caffeine for a Cause” event, where customers could pay whatever they wanted, with proceeds benefiting local family-focused organizations. It’s part of the company’s effort to connect with the community right from the start.

The official grand opening is set for Monday, April 27, but the giveaways don’t stop there.

From April 27 through May 1, 7 Brew is hosting “Community Hours,” where customers can grab another free small drink during three daily windows:

Free Shirts on “Swag Day”

If free coffee isn’t enough, there’s also a bonus. On Saturday, May 2, customers who purchase a large drink will receive a free 7 Brew t-shirt, while supplies last.
