It's almost time to light stuff on fire!

You can almost always rely on fireworks to keep you and your kid entertained (at least for a few minutes) over the 4th of July weekend.

It's fun to shoot off fireworks of our own (even funnier when they have goofy names) but it's also awesome to go to a show too where actual pyrotechnics who know what they're doing set off a flurry of choreographed fireworks.

List Of QCA Fireworks Shows 2025

Luckily, for us, there's no shortage of fireworks shows ranging from Thursday, July 3rd to Sunday, July 6th.

For a lot of these, keep an eye on Facebook/the city's website for any postponed shows or canceled shows.

Know of one we didn't mention? This is a growing list so if you know of a firework show happening the 4th of July weekend/week that is open to the public, let us know about it! Go to our homepage, tap on 'More', 'Contact', and 'Feedback'.

Most of the fireworks start at dusk (of course) and according to Time and Date, our sunset forecast for the 4th of July weekend will be around 8:39 p.m. A lot of the events also have parades, bouncy houses, live music, and other festivities too.

Can You Pass The U.S. Citizenship Test?

Many immigrants who want to become citizens of the U.S. have a lot of knowledge they need to know before being granted citizenship. As a naturally born citizen of the U.S., you probably think you know it all, but do you?

During the naturalization interview, a civics test is given. The civics test is an oral test and the USCIS Officer will ask the applicant up to 10 of the many civics questions below. An applicant must answer 6 out of 10 questions correctly to pass the civics portion of the naturalization test. Think you can get at least 60% correct? Let's find out.
