Knife Sharpening 101

Last week, I was struggling with my dull knife set so Kevin and I thought it'd be a good idea to have a group "how-to" session to avoid any major casualties.

After watching a Jamie Oliver knife sharpening tutorial on YouTube, I felt fairly confident that I was ready to tackle the task ahead.

Kevin supervised my first-ever knife sharpening experience in the studio and I am happy to report that no fingers were harmed in the making of this video/
