Lucy Hale is ready to take legal action to ensure a collection of private photographs — including topless shots — wind up back under wraps.

Marty Singer, lawyer to the Pretty Little Liars star, is threatening legal action against exploitative site Celeb Jihad, which also moved to release a private of collection Emma Watson's photos in September. The photos in question show Hale's exposed chest, according to TMZand the actress' team claims they were illegally obtained by hacking into her phone.

Hale has claimed the photos were meant for private sharing with a friend, but they still remain plastered to the Celeb Jihad site, which boasts the tagline "Explosive Celebrity Gossip from Islamic Extremists."

Watson successfully got the site to take down her photos after delivering a cease and desist letter. She'd previously been subjected to a nude scandal hoax in 2015 in which a different website threatened to publish pics that didn't exist. She spoke out about the trend at a HeForShe event in March 2015.

"I knew the pictures didn’t exist, but I think a lot of people that were close to me knew gender equality was an issue but didn’t think it was that urgent, that it was a thing of the past," she said.
