This Winter Storm Warning isn't much of a shocker but it's good that Iowa prepares for its biggest snowstorm of the season.

A Winter Storm Warning has been issued for eastern Iowa and those warnings stretch all the way down to southwestern Iowa, into Missouri, Nebraska, Kansas, and western Illinois. These warnings are all for a major snow system that will last seemingly all day Wednesday and into Thursday.

Several inches of snow is expected with this storm and it will be the first round of snow we'll see this week.

As Wednesday's storm approaches, we're getting a crystal clear picture as to when the snow will arrive in Eastern Iowa, how much we'll get, and when it will exit.
