Olivia Pope Spotted In Iowa City??

According to Iowa City Police, 20-year-old Kelsey J. Cousins called 911 and claimed to be Olivia Pope, the main character in the ABC drama, "Scandal." Cousins told the dispatcher that another character from the show, Cyrus Beene, was outside of the Sports Column in downtown Iowa City.

Police said Cousins had bloodshot, watery eyes and other signs of intoxication. She admitted to drinking and also had a fake ID. Police said a post-arrest breath test showed Cousins had a blood-alcohol concentration of .206 percent just before 3 a.m. She was arrested and faces charges of making a 911 non-emergency call and public intoxication, both simple misdemeanors.
