One Lane On I-280 Bridge Closed This Week
While one eastbound lane still remains closed on the I-80 bridge, here's another bridge lane closure that may affect your commute.
A westbound lane of the Interstate 280 Bridge over the Mississippi River between Rock Island and Davenport will be closed next week beginning today at 8 a.m.
Workers with the Illinois Department of Transportation will be making repairs to the deck during the week.
According to the QC Times, the work is expected to be completed by 3 p.m. Friday.
If you need to travel on the bridges, slow down and use caution while driving through the work zones.
