Bettendorf 5th Grade Teacher Recognized For Creativity, Inclusion

We're getting close to wrapping up the semester and the kids are working hard, so we're still going out again for our surprises with Ultimate Chocolates to highlight and reward a deserving Quad Cities teacher.

It's now time to announce this week's B100 & Ultimate Chocolate's QC Teacher of the Week!

Congrats to Laura Wilga, 5th-grade teacher at Pleasant View Elementary in Bettendorf!

Ms. Wilga was nominated by Abby, who said in her nomination:

Mrs. Wilga truly has a gift for making learning fun and memorable. She finds creative ways to engage her students in every lesson-whether it’s through themed parties or transforming the entire classroom environment. She consistently meets each child where they are, ensuring everyone feels included and inspired to learn. She goes above and beyond in every way, and is truly one of the most exceptional fifth grade teachers I’ve ever encountered.
