Popular Wisconsin Gas Station Is Getting Rid Of Bagged Milk
There's no reason to cry over spilled milk. But there is a reason to cry over not having bagged milk anymore from our favorite Wisconsin-based gas station.
Kwik Trip/Kwik Star is getting rid of a product it has been selling for decades. Actually, it's more like they are getting rid of the packaging of a product that they have been using for decades.
Starting in May, Kwik Trip and Kwik Star gas stations will no longer have bagged milk in the dairy sections. If you don't like using gallons and like milk in a bag, enjoy it for the next month or two while you still can.
Kwik Trip Getting Rid Of Bagged Milk
On Wednesday, officials from Kwik Trip announced they are discontinuing the sale of Nature’s Touch bagged milk across all stores.
Kwik Trip leaders say the decision comes after evaluating the need and cost for new equipment to replace the antiquated bagged milk equipment and a decrease in customer demand.
Scott Zietlow, CEO of Kwik Trip said in the release, “We constantly evaluate our product offerings to ensure we’re meeting the needs and preferences of our guests. After thorough consideration and analysis, we have decided to discontinue bagged milk to focus on items that resonate more strongly with our guests.”

“We acknowledge that changes in product availability can impact customer routines and preferences. We remain committed to assisting guests during this transition,” said John McHugh, Vice President of External Relations. “This is an end to a product that was associated with the Kwik Trip brand for many years, but after evaluating the need and cost for new equipment to replace our antiquated bagged milk equipment, and the decreased customer demand, we made the tough decision to discontinue Nature’s Touch milk in the bag.”
The bagged milk product has been a part of Kwik Trip’s lineup for over 40 years and will no longer be in stores starting in May, according to the release.
