The weekend is here in the Quad Cities, and as the weather keeps getting warmer, we all look forward to spring events. With rain however we look for things to do inside this weekend in the QCA.

Highlighted events include:

Play: The Story of Toys - Throughout the Spring. There is still plenty of time to check out this exhibit! In this exhibit for all ages, you’ll be able to take a look at a variety of toys including those that are educational, creative, and meant for the outdoors. Visitors will be able to reminisce about favorite toy fads and dangerous toys they may have had growing up as well as view new inclusive and technological toys.

Art at the Airport - From March 3-April 28. Quad City Arts’ Art at the Airport presents aquatic paintings by Brian Buckles of Waterloo, IA, and more!

The 2021 Big Brothers Big Sisters Plant Sale - All of March - Now open for ordering plants for your business, group or for yourself! Beautiful, annual plants and flowers for your garden or facility beautification projects. Great selection, great prices and superb quality. Flats, half flats, potted plants and hanging baskets. Pick up or delivery will be May 5-7, 2021. Also you have the opportunity to donate a hanging basket to an essential worker or senior in a nursing home.

The Complete Work Of WILLIAM SHAKESPEARE - From March 26th & 27th are extremely excited to announce our upcoming production of “The Complete Works of William Shakespeare. This abridged cast of Jeremy Mahr, Amelia Fischer, and Brent Tubbs are sure to give the audiences a much needed laugh.
