There’s A QC House For Sale…With Tombstones Out Back

Friday the 13th has come and gone, but there's still plenty of spookiness to go around. For example; you could buy a house in the Quad Cities with a literal graveyard behind it!

Okay, so maybe not technically a graveyard, but there are real tombstones! According to KWQC, there are no bodies in the yard, it was just common for houses to use actual tombstones as decorative lawn and patio pieces.

These particular tombstones – there are only three in the backyard – were found in a ditch by a cemetery near Orion, so the owner of the house took them and placed them upright in the yard to honor the people whom the stones belonged to.

To me, it has a very "Addams Family" feel to it, but if that's your thing, then you can have spooky vibes all year round! It could make for a decent Halloween party setting, right?
