The Moline Public Library has been hosting many incredible virtual events lately, and todays event offers a fun and sometimes creepy look at history in the QC. If you're a fan of fun facts, or weird stories this will be right up your ally.

Jeff Adamson will be taking those who want to learn on a journey through a photo gallery of weird yet true Quad City facts that many didn't even know.

From a misplaced river, to our local connection to the JFK assassination, these are stories you have probably never heard.

This free adventure through QC's history is scheduled from 2pm-3:30pm with the Moline Public Library.

It should also be noted that this is a Zoom program so registration is required. You can sign up at molinelibrary.com/events or call 309-524-2470 to get registered.

This program will be presented via Youtube as well, and a link to the video with an email to submit questions to Jeff Adamson will be provided prior to the program. More information about this virtual event can be found here.

As someone who loves history it's great to see some local facts being shared with QC residents in a safe, and fun way. This is a great time to learn more about where we live. Have fun learning about the Quad Cities wild history!
