Badger fan's hearts shattered Saturday after Iowa upset them on their home turf.

Reports say that the 15-year-old Iowa fan was "mildly teasing" his friend, and Badger Fan,  after the Hawkeye win when an unidentified man approached the boy, punched him in the face, and then disappeared into the crowd.

According to Madison police, the attack was unprovoked.

And THIS is exactly why I want to wear Hawkeye gear to the Iowa vs. Illinois game this Saturday in Iowa City. I would much rather sport the colors of a team whose game I'm attending at their home stadium than suffer a blow to the face. HARD PASS.

As far as anyone knows, I'll just be another die hard Iowa fan that bleeds black and yellow.
