It's all in priorities.

If you're also in the dating world these days, you know it's really difficult. Really. The dating apps are rough, technology has made everything more complicated, the list goes on and on.

Wetten asked 2,000 single NFL fans across the country if they would rather find love or have their favorite team win a Super Bowl.

Do we have any guesses on how this will go?

56% of single NFL fans in Iowa chose the Super Bowl win over finding love. Which, as difficult as dating is here, it's more likely at the least. The national rate of singles choosing touchdowns over gowns is 48%. Look at us being above average.

It may not be the trend you think it is, either. Nationwide it's mostly women who are choosing the Super Bowl win over love. 51% of women, compared to 46% of men. Again, we're tired.

Mind you, it also varies by teams. Detroit Lions fans are the ones who most frequently choose the Super Bowl win, but most New England Patriots fans chose finding love instead. Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Jacksonville Jaguars fans also chose love too.

I'm a college football fan myself, so I can't weigh in on this one. But I do know being let down by a team you had sincere faith in hurts more than a breakup does.

No matter if you would choose the Super Bowl win or true love, this should be enough of a statistic to give all Iowans the Monday after the Super Bowl off.
