Bettendorf Scam Going Around

"Over the past few days, Bettendorf residents have notified our police department concerning subjects going door to door collecting money for a possible scam. They were finally located and claimed to be collecting money for a non-profit organization called Warrior Box Marketing that sends care packages to military members overseas. After releasing the subjects with a warning for soliciting in our city with no license, we located information that leads us to believe their organization is for profit and is not legitimate.
