Billy Ray Has Reclaimed His Title Of “Worst Cyrus” From Miley!

Think back to 1992. We were all so young. We accepted the song "Achy Breaky Heart," by an "artist" known as Billy Ray Cyrus, into our heads and understood them to be lyrics put to music. We thought we had hear the last of it...

Until now.

Yesterday, Billy Ray Cyrus teamed up with a rapper named Buck 22, aka Dionne Warwick's son, because okay, and together, they wrote, recorded, and filmed a video for "Achy Breaky Part 2."

Billy must've been tired of everyone talking about Miley's wild antics and was yearning for the spotlight to be back on him. The video offers plenty of twerking, so maybe Miley creatively influenced her dad. What a wholesome family.
