Get Your Kix At The Bix: Your 2026 Guide To Bix Weekend Parties In Downtown Davenport

Ladies and germs, gather around for the biggest summer party weekend in the QCA.

It's already that time of the year. The 2026 Bix 7 race is just a few weeks away and even if you're not running it, it's the perfect excuse to check out all of the festivities in downtown Davenport.

So whether you're looking at this planning in advance or you're slightly tipsy on the day of, here's the list of parties you can check out.

Friday July 24th

Pregame the actual Bix at these parties:

Bix Jazz & Family Jam

• 4:00 p.m.-7:30 p.m.
• Kaiserslautern Square (119 E. 3^rd St.)

Obviously this party will be more chill and jazzy with bands like Ron Tegeler Jazz Trio and The Blackhawk Broadcasters. It's a nod to our local jazz legend and the Bix 7's namesake, Bix Beiderbecke. There will be face painting, balloon art, caricatures, magic, and food vendors.

Arconic's Jr. Bix race is at 6:00 p.m. on Friday night too.

Bix Mix Street Party

The party that really never ends on Bix weekend! Here's what to know for the Bix Mix on 3^rd St. between Ripley & Harrison (right outside of Daq Fac).

• Friday July 24th
  • 7:30 p.m.-10:30 p.m.
  • Dirt Road Rockers live

Bix Mix will have music, vendors, food, drinks, and you screaming songs in the middle of 3rd Street.

Saturday, July 25th

But the Bix Mix isn't done Friday. Most businesses along W 3rd Street will open early for Saturday.

Motor Row Victory Lane

• Starts at 9:00 a.m.
• E 2nd. St between Iowa and Perry

Motor Row Victory lane will have live music outside on the T-Fiber Stage, a free family fun zone with bounce houses, games, and more, food and drinks from local vendors, shopping specials from Motor Row businesses

Jazz In The Courtyard

• 10:30 a.m.-12:00 p.m.
• Skybridge Courtyard (141 W. River Dr)

The Blackhawk Broadcasters will perform a free jazz concert as part of a collaboration between Common Chord and the Bix Jazz Society.

The Bix 7 race itself kicks off at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 25th. You'll find us and our friends at Coca Cola at the top of Brady Street hill at the Rock & Roll Mansion, definitely not running.
