If you didn't get a chance to see Caitlin Clark in her rookie season with the Fever because Indy is a little far from you or tickets were sold out, don't worry—Caitlin and the Fever are coming to Iowa.

No, not to Des Moines but back to Caitlin's alma mater. That's right, the Indiana Fever have put a special game on their schedule that will be played in the same arena where Clark made NCAA history. Carver-Hawkeye Arena.

Indiana Fever To Play In Iowa City

Caitlin Clark is coming home to play with her WNBA team, the Indiana Fever, in a special preseason game this spring.

The Fever announced on Thursday that they are adding a preseason game to be played on the campus of the University of Iowa in Iowa City on May 4, 2025, against the Brazilian National Team.

For the first time in franchise history, the Fever will take the court at Carver-Hawkeye Arena, known for its electric atmosphere and key moments for No. 1 draft pick and former Hawkeye, Caitlin Clark.

Tickets to the game will be available through the University of Iowa, with more information available at a later date.

Should tickets for the preseason game, become available to the general public, updates will be shared via Fever's social media channels (X / Facebook / Instagram). Broadcast information will also be available at a later date. Tipoff for this game is scheduled for 5 p.m.

In December, the University of Iowa Athletics Department announced that in a celebration of legacy, achievement, and undeniable impact, they are going to retire the iconic No. 22 of Hawkeye women's basketball legend, Caitlin Clark, during a ceremony scheduled for Feb. 2, 2025, inside Carver-Hawkeye Arena.

The ceremony will follow Sunday’s game against second-ranked USC at 12:30 p.m. The contest will be televised on FOX and broadcast on the Hawkeye Radio Network.  FOX will also carry Clark’s ceremony following the game.
