Thanks to Star Wars Celebration, we've been pretty spoiled with new information surrounding the saga these last two weeks. And now, Star Wars Day itself is looming pretty close.

This year, your kids can celebrate May The 4th by learning the science side of the movies. The Putnam Museum is offering Explorers and Explorers Jr. camps that dive into exactly that. Here's what's going down, according to their Facebook event:

What was the gravitational force of the Death Star? How did speed racers fly? Come explore these Star Wars physics problems during Explorers/Explorers Jr.: “May the 4th Be With YOU!”

Explorers/Explorers Jr. workshops are a great way for children to examine, investigate, create and invent while exploring the museum and participating in hands-on activities with Putnam educators.

The Explorers workshops will be offered to kids in grades 2-5, while Explorers Jr. will be for kids Pre-k (that are at least four years old) to 1st grade. It'll cost just $14 per program, unless you're a Putnam member. Then it's just $11!
