Currently, the cheapest home for sale in the Quad Cities is in Davenport, and it costs a whopping $9,400. Not too shabby. In fact, the house is pending sale.

But based on the pictures, the buyer might have a bit of a fixer-upper on his or her hands if he or she ends up laying the money down, because this house is a tad unsettling in its depths.

Don't get me wrong, the front of the house is super cute! It's just that the basement could use some extra love so it won't give off such a "Walking Dead" vibe. So if you're looking for a quaint little house on the west side of the QC, you might want to keep your eye on this 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home. At 1,070 square feet, it's only $9 per square foot. And considering it was built in 1900 and is in the condition it is, this house is a trooper.
