Drunk Iowa Woman Thought She Was at ISU

A drunk woman from Iowa was arrested over the weekend and police recall one major detail.You can imagine Iowa City's Kinnick stadium police have their hands full at games. I'm sure they had their hands full after the upset win over Michigan, which made more than drunk people lose their minds.

One drunk woman arrested didn't only lose her mind. She lost her location and was in a world of her own... in Ames, IA. (so she thought.)

According to TheTab.com's quote from the police report, this one detail stood out for police:

“Michelle Keys, 35, of Ankeny, IA was arrested at Kinnick Stadium at 1918 hours for Public Intoxication. She had slurred speech, spoke in incoherent sentences, and believed she was in Ames, IA at the Iowa State v. Arizona football game. She had a .225 BAC.”

I gotta give her credit. At least she knew what state she was in. After all, she clearly didn't understand her drunken state but knew she was somewhere in Iowa...state. Maybe that's why she thought she was at ISU. Good enough for me.
