As we get closer and closer to another Quad Cities winter, now is a great time to make sure you have your winter emergency kit in your car and packed with the essential items in case you ever need them.

On Monday, the National Weather Service of the Quad Cities let Quad Citizens know that now is the time to create your winter emergency kit. This kit and these items will help you in case you get stuck or stranded this winter.

Make sure you double check your vehicle to make sure you have these items and that they are usable in case of an emergency.
