Help Moline Police Identify Hit and Run at South Park Mall

It's Monday, which means Moline Police Department has a #MissedConnectionsMonday, where they ask for Quad Citizens to help identify a criminal caught on tape committing a crime. This week's post featured a video depicting a hit and run at South Park Mall, where a white SUV backed into a parked vehicle, shoving it into the vehicle next to him. All that makes sense to me is that they just put the pedal to the metal because they couldn't wait to get home with their coffee table from Ashley Furniture.
