Long Lines Today at Plato’s Closet in Davenport

Remember how traffic was backing up when Chick-fil-A first opened? It was like that, only with people at Plato's Closet today.

I've never seen such a big sale at Plato's Closet in Davenport. Nope. Not ever.

I've been going to Plato's Closet for at least 5 years now and I've been to almost every sale they've had and this one was the best one yet.

I was watching people go through bins and tubs of clothing, rummaging through them like I do my laundry basket when I'm in a hurry, looking for that other sock I can't seem to find. Hundreds of name brand clothing getting picked up for $1 each.

It was pretty beautiful to witnesses a mass shopping spree happening today. The sun was shining, everyone was smiling, they had all the things they needed and probably more than that.

Plato's Closet Davenport is on the corner of E. 53rd and Elmore Circle. They are open until 9 p.m. tonight and 11 a.m. - 5 p.m. tomorrow.
