Alright, so not ALL guys are vocally complaining about a lady getting ready to leave the house. We can appreciate that she wants to put care into her personal appearance. Even if you're not grumbling, guys, you may be just a biiiit curious as to what on earth she's doing in there for, oh, about 33 minutes...

According to a new survey, the average woman spends 14,000 HOURS of her life taking care of her hair.  That's more than a year-and-a-half.

That involves everything from going to a salon, to brushing, combing, blow drying, straightening, curling . . . or looking through magazines debating whether you're the right age to try that short, spiky look.

Assuming you start really spending time on your hair at age 13 and you live the average life expectancy of 82 years, that's 69 years of hair care . . . or about 202 hours a year. That's an average of around 33 minutes a day which . . . yeah, seems about right.  Maybe even low.
