How To Celebrate Teachers Appreciation Day In The Quad Cities
Today is a very special day. It's National Teacher Appreciation Day! It's important to show our appreciation for teachers and educators every day, but B100 really shows appreciation to teachers in the Quad Cities every single week with QC Teacher of the Week! You should celebrate National Teacher Appreciation Day by nominating your favorite teacher with the award of QC Teacher of the Week.
Every May 3rd, we celebrate an important holiday in support of those who teach the youth of America. That holiday is National Teacher Appreciation Day. It's a day to tell our teachers and educators what they mean to us whether you are a parent, student, coworker, or employer. Teachers not only teach students the subjects they are paid to teach, but they teach them life lessons that they will carry with them forever.
The only thing about today that we don't like is that National Teacher Appreciation Day is just one day. But B100 and Nothing Bundt Cakes celebrate teachers every week and show our appreciation and the appreciation of those nominating them with our award, QC Teacher of the Week award!
To thank your local area Quad Cities teachers, Nothing Bundt Cakes and B100 will be selecting a teacher to win a cake from Nothing Bundt Cakes and a swag bag from B100! We know every teacher is important and deserves this recognition, but once again, we need you to nominate your favorite Quad Cities teacher to become QC Teacher of the Week!

- Why they are your (your kid's) favorite teacher
Don't forget, if you're a college student at Iowa, Augustana, Palmer, St. Ambrose, Western Illinois, Black Hawk, Clinton, Scott, Muscatine, or any other community or private college or university, you can nominate your favorite professor for QC Teacher of the Week, too!
