In the Quad Cities, you'll probably find the most jobs at John Deere or Genesis Health. But more jobs are coming, thanks to another business entirely.

According to the Quad City Times, the new Agrisolutions facility in Rock Island will pave the way for "dozens of new jobs." More specifically, the plant hopes to "more than triple employment from 30 workers to around 100 employees over the next few years."

The old facility was located in Milan, and only about a quarter of the size of the new place. The new facility opened earlier this week with an official ribbon cutting, and is located at 4415 85th Ave. W.

At 110,000 square feet, it's a huge building, but at this point, the Times reports that there's still about 30,000 square feet of empty space "waiting to be filled with equipment and workers."

With roughly 70 jobs up for grabs, this could mean some really good things for Quad Citizens.
