Now that we've finally arrived at the acceptance stage of grief over the loss of Toys R Us, the time for the liquidation sale is upon us.

Initial reports out of Rockford and from CNN Money, said the toy retailer would begin liquidating stock at all their 700+ stores on Thursday.

UPDATE: Later today, a company spokesperson told CNNMoney that it now expects sales to likely start Friday.

According to USA Today, that doesn't mean there will be great deals to be had.

Whether you visit the Moline or Davenport location of Toys R Us to reap some deals, remember that many people are losing their jobs as a result of the closures, so be respectful.
