Quad Cities Traffic Woes

If you're on the road tonight after 7, you might want to avoid I-74. There will be lane closures all through the overnight, and nobody wants to be stuck on the road. The good news is this appears to be the beginning steps of building a new I-74 bridge, and we all hope that's a great thing.
