After a couple pretty busy days at the studio, not getting home til 7ish Monday night, I was starved; but yet too lazy to even stop by McDonalds or Wendys.  Just a straight trip home, where I discovered little or no acceptable dinner.  I needed something fast, so I created what I deemed; Red Hot's Tuna Casserole-call.  It's a mini dish that resembles the flavor of a tuna casserole and, much like role call; needed to be assembled quickly; to ward off death by starvation. Here's the ingredients (which I always have on hand, btw)  1 12oz bag of 4min. microwave steamed peas, 1 can of tuna, 1 ramen noodle brick, 1 stolen packet of light mayo, another stolen packet of precut onions (most commonly located at places that sell hot dogs, like Caseys usually) and my last slice of Velveeta cheese.   Then steam bag of peas, while boiling noodles, mix all ingredients together and stick in your big mouth.  good hot or cold as a salad dish. Eat leftovers next morning on air then blog about it. Finally rinse bowl.
