Runners, Rejoice!

Warmer weather means I am ready to get outdoors and enjoy some sunshine - even if that entails the occasional workout.

I just bought some brand new tennis shoes in an effort to motivate myself, and noticed that they have an "extra lace hole" that's not in use. Didn't give it much thought, until I saw a video online explaining what that extra hole in your shoe is really supposed to do. Total game changer.
