The CDC recently released their guide lines for Halloween 2020. In short The CDC basically discouraged Trick-Or-Treating, and Halloween parties. These were labeled as high risk.

Halloween activities were split into two categories, high risk, and low risk. Some activities like carving or decorating pumpkins with members of your household and displaying them, or Having a virtual Halloween costume contest are considered low risk.

So finally that brings to question, should the Quad Cities have Trick-or-Treating this year?
