Davenport Junior High Teacher Awarded For Helping Kids Get Excited About Reading

The new Spring semester is going strong and as kids are working hard, we're going out again for our surprises with Ultimate Chocolates to highlight and reward a deserving Quad Cities teacher.

It's now time to announce this week's B100 & Ultimate Chocolate's QC Teacher of the Week!

Congrats to Erin Dolan, 6th-grade teacher at St. Paul the Apostle School in Davenport!

Ms. Dolan was nominated by Sarah N., who said in her nomination:

Erin Dolan at St Paul the Apostle in Davenport is amazing! As a junior high teacher it is HARD to get students engaged in reading. Mrs. Dolan goes above and beyond with introducing her students to all the genres and getting them excited about reading and learning. She truly has a gift for making reluctant readers learn and develop a passion for books.
