Thursday morning, October 28th, my wife Ellie Kenney and I, announced that we are expecting our first child in the spring of 2022. Ellie's due date is April 5th and we can't wait for baby Kenney to get here.

With gender reveals being so trendy, we will be doing a gender reveal on On Saturday, November 13, from 10 a.m. to noon. No, there won't be any fire, fireworks, or anything else that might cause harm. But leading up to the gender reveal on Saturday, November 13, you have a chance to guess what the gender of baby Kenney is while giving back.

To give back to the Quad Cities community, B100, the Quad Cities #1 Hit Music Station is holding a very unique two-week-long diaper drive to support families who are in need of diapers and other baby supplies. Between now and Friday, November 12, 2021, B100 listeners and the Quad Cities community can donate diapers, wipes, and other needed baby supplies at the B100 Studios (1229 Brady St., Davenport). When they donate diapers and other supplies, they can place them in the “Girl” or “Boy” bins to take their guess whether they think baby Kenney will be a baby boy or girl.

When you donate diapers at the B100 Studios, you'll be qualified to win over $100 in gift cards to Quad City businesses! You can get something for giving back to those in need!

On Friday, November 12, at 9 a.m., we will announce which bin has the most diapers and supplies donated in it revealing the Quad Cities’ guess on whether baby Kenney is a boy or girl. Make sure you listen Saturday, November 13, from 10 a.m. to noon to find out if your guess and the Quad Cities guess were correct!

All diapers and baby supplies donated at the B100 Studios will then be donated to Community Health Care Inc. to be dispersed to families who are in need of those supplies in the Quad Cities community.
