Bettendorf Public Library Has An Event Going On Every Monday In March
March in Iowa is always strange. It's almost spring, but the weather is still to unreliable, so outside activities are still on the back burner. If you're looking for things to do for you and the family, the Bettendorf Public Library has you covered.
The Bettendorf Public Library’s Creation Studio is open every Monday in March from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM with a wide variety of crafting opportunities. Creation Studio Drop In events offer visitors a chance to experiment, play and create with art and science materials without expense or clean-up. Creation Studio Drop-Ins are open to all ages and are always free thanks to the Friends of the Bettendorf Public Library.
The Creation Studio Drop-In Schedule for March includes:
March 2: Cactus Pet Rocks
March 9: Yarn Monsters
March 16: Paper Bird Beaks
March 23: Fun with the Figge Art Museum
March 30: Duct Tape Wallets & Purses
Participants are welcome to stop in any time during the event to create their own unique pieces. Creation Studio Drop-Ins are an ongoing event at the Library and participants are able to generally finish the weekly project within 15 minutes or less, but there is no time limits for anyone. No registration is required to attend, so all are welcome to just pop in when they have the time.
The Bettendorf Public Library is located at 2950 Learning Campus Drive in Bettendorf. For more information on this event you can check out these websites, Happy crafting!
